Difference Between Varicose Veins and Spider Veins
The most obvious difference between varicose veins and spider veins is size. Varicose veins have a thick, often ropy appearance, similar to the gnarled roots of a tree. You notice that you can see and feel them protruding beneath the surface of your skin. Spider veins are closer to the surface of your skin than varicose veins, you can’t feel them.
